📦 Do you ship outside Pampanga?

Yes! We ship nationwide through J&T Express.

Our syrups are fully sealed and carefully packed to help protect them during transit. Each bottle is wrapped securely in bubble wrap and placed in a box to minimize the risk of breakage while on its way to you.

🛵 Do you offer same-day delivery?

Not at the moment. ♡

SunnyBoris operates on a pre-order basis, with syrups made in small batches during our scheduled brew days. Because each bottle is prepared fresh as part of a batch, we're unable to accommodate same-day orders or deliveries.

We recommend placing your order ahead of time so we can make sure your syrups are prepared and ready on the confirmed shipping or pick-up day.

🏡 Do you allow pick-ups?

Yes, we do!

You can choose to pick up your order once your batch is ready. Just leave a note on your order form that you'd like to arrange a pick-up.

Pick-up details, including the date, time, and location, will be sent to you once your order and payment have been confirmed.

Please note that pick-ups are only available once your order has been prepared on its scheduled brew day. ☀️

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

For now, we accept:

  • GCash
  • BPI Bank Transfer

Once you've placed your order, please take a screenshot of your order number and send it to us through our Instagram DMs.

We'll then send you the appropriate payment details or QR code.

Sending us your order number also helps us match your payment to your order and ensures that we can send your J&T tracking number privately through Instagram once your order has been shipped.

Please make sure your order number is clearly visible in your screenshot. ♡

🧊 How long is the shelf life?

Since our syrups are homemade and made without preservatives, we recommend enjoying them within 2 weeks for the best quality.

When stored properly in the refrigerator, they may last for up to 1 month.

Because our syrups are made in small batches without preservatives, we don't recommend keeping them for too long. When in doubt, it's always best to check the syrup before use.

❄️ How should I store my syrup?

Our syrups should be refrigerated at all times.

After each use, make sure the bottle is properly sealed to help maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.

🥄 How much syrup should I use in my drink?

We recommend starting with around 8–10g, or about 1–2 teaspoons, per drink.

We like our syrups to complement your matcha, coffee, or tea rather than overpower the drink, so start with a little and adjust according to your taste.

After all, your daily ritual should taste just the way you like it. ☀️

♻️ Can I return my empty bottles?

Yes! We welcome bottle returns.

You can either ship your empty bottles back to us or drop them off during our pop-up events.

At SunnyBoris, we're always looking for little ways to lessen waste and be more mindful of the things we use. When you return your bottles, you'll receive a discount on your next order.

It's a small step, but every bottle returned helps. ♻️

Yes, we do!

Whether you're looking for syrups for your café, event, gifting, or a larger personal order, we'd be happy to see what we can do.

Just send us a DM on Instagram or an email with your requirements, and we'll get back to you with the details.

☀️ How does SunnyBoris pre-order work?

SunnyBoris operates primarily on a pre-order basis so that every bottle can be made fresh in small batches.

Please allow a minimum of 2 days for order preparation after the pre-order closes. Your shipping day will be confirmed before you place your order, and your J&T tracking number will be sent to you privately on the shipping day.

This small-batch process allows us to make each order with the same care, even when it's just one pair of hands behind SunnyBoris. ♡
